Energy Recovery Wheels

Energy Recovery Wheels feature a water selective permanently bonded desiccant coating on self-cleaning corrugated aluminum media wound into a welded, structurally rigid rotor for long reliable performance and life. The welded and painted heavy gauge steel cassette supports the rotor, bearing, drive motor, and effective brush seals. Standard wheel purges adjust for maximum effectiveness and minimum purge flow and are available in 4 duct arrangements. Media shows ASTM E84 tested Flame Spread and Smoke Index of 0.
