Ceiling Radiation Dampers - Hinged Type Blade

Ceiling radiation dampers are intended to function as heat barriers.  The dampers are used to limit the passage of heat in fire resistive floor-ceiling and roof-ceiling assemblies.

Carnes ED series ceiling radiation dampers are available with he following blade types:

        -Butterfly type blade (EDAA, EDBA, EDCA, EDDA)

        -Fabric type blade (EDEA, EDFA, EDGA, EDHA, EDJA)

        -Fabric blade, slimeline design (EDKA, EDLA)

        -Hinged door type blade (EDMA)

Round to round, square/rectangle to round (with or without transitions) and square/rectangle to rectangle sizes are available.  All Carnes ceiling radiation damper models are UL and ULC listed ( 1 to 4 hours).  Adjustable volume controller and thermal blankets are available with most models.
